- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pulling people over to give them an ice cream cone sounds all cutesy, unless you are an attorney. That is an illegal stop. What if you are delaying someone on their way to a job interview? On their way to work and who could lose their job for being late? Headed to pick up a child standing alone waiting for their parent? And what if you find contraband? There's this thing called the 4th Amendment. Maybe you should try to respect it and keep your stupid ice cream to yourselves. This is NOT how you create a good relationship with the community.
